How much does ArcRoster cost?
ArcRoster has a free plan ($0) plus three paid tiers billed monthly or annually: Starter at $7/month ($70/year), Pro at $17/month ($170/year), and Publisher at $39/month ($390/year). Annual billing saves two months versus monthly. Authors who upgrade during the private beta get 20% off those rates, and that discount stays on their subscription for as long as they keep it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes - you can start on the Free plan with 1 pen name, 1 campaign, 50 reviewers, and 1 leak investigation per month. Fingerprinted copies and reliability scoring are included on every plan, including Free, because they define the product. The paid tiers raise those limits; during the beta you can upgrade to any of them at 20% off, locked in for life.
How do I join the beta?
The beta is invite-only. Request an invite and we'll email you a personalised sign-up link when a spot opens - there's no open sign-up while we're in private beta. Once you're in, you can stay on Free or upgrade to a paid plan at the beta discount.
Is ArcRoster free during the beta?
Only the Free plan is free. The paid tiers still cost money during the beta - the beta perk is the price, not free access: upgrade while you're a beta author and you keep 20% off for the life of your subscription, even after we launch.
What's included on every plan?
Fingerprinted, individually watermarked ARC delivery and automatic reviewer reliability scoring are available on every tier, including Free - they're the core of ArcRoster, so we never gate them. Paid tiers raise the limits on pen names, campaigns, reviewers, and leak investigations, and add advanced reporting and team features.
Do you charge per campaign like some ARC platforms?
No. Unlike per-campaign ARC services, ArcRoster is a flat subscription. Run as many launches as your plan allows - unlimited on Pro and Publisher - without paying again each time you send.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled from your billing settings at any time; cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current period. You can also simply stay on the Free plan.
